The tools we use daily.
Not a list of every AI subscription we have tried. Just the few tools that have earned a real place in the day.
The tool is never the point. The point is whether it makes a real piece of work clearer, faster, or more enjoyable to do.
There is a new AI tool every week. Most of them are not bad. But a list of fifty tools does not make anyone better at work. It mostly makes people feel behind.
These are the ones we return to. Each does one useful job well enough that it became a habit.
WhisperFlow / Superwhisper
Turning a thought into something usable.
I use voice when I have an idea but not the patience to type a clean paragraph. It is useful for rough instructions, meeting notes, and the things I would otherwise promise myself I will remember later.
Claude
Reading, thinking, and making a first structure.
Claude is where I go when a brief is long, an idea is still messy, or I need a better first draft than a blank page. I do not give it authority. I give it work that benefits from another set of eyes.
ChatGPT Images
Making a direction visible.
Not every image needs to be the final image. Often a rough visual is enough to make a proposal concept clearer, start a conversation, or help someone see what is in my head.
Suno
Giving a concept a feeling.
Sometimes a presentation or a short video needs a mood before it needs another slide. A small piece of sound can do that faster than a long explanation.
Video generators
Making an idea move.
This category changes every week, so I care less about the logo than the skill. A clear scene, mood, pace, and visual direction will matter long after the current favourite tool changes.
